engaging with senior stakeholders and getting their buy-in to
understand their key drivers for change. Thereafter, we walk
the process, conduct interviews, focus groups and workshops
to appreciate the pain points for ourselves and unpack more
opportunities that may have been overlooked.
Based on our discovery and scope of work we will put together
a lean To-Be process, recommendation list, prioritization matrix,
capacity solutioning etc.
Depending on the scope of work, MMC may perform, support
or oversee the implementation of the To-Be process.
